The doctors are all amazing but the front desk staff is so rude. I always feel so uncomfortable calling.
Intake and front-desk staff are often the first point of contact for patients. The lack of professionalism, clarity, and courtesy I had dealing with Caroline W/Shauna W yesterday was disappointing and did not reflect a patient-centered environment. Not to mention, while I am asking clarification and in a tone that was not out of character, this lady hangs up on me while I am still talking.
