I consider myself very blessed to have found Samantha Borrelli NP At BILH Lexington, MA. Everything runs very smoothly here the entire medical staff is quite kind, respectful and responsive. The facility is quite clean and bright . There is never a long wait or the feeling of being rushed. I’ve had some pretty tricky cardiac issues, and she has kindly guided me through them all. The doctors are all amazing but the front desk staff is so rude. I always feel so uncomfortable calling.
Intake and front-desk staff are often the first point of contact for patients. The lack of professionalism, clarity, and courtesy I had dealing with Caroline W/Shauna W yesterday was disappointing and did not reflect a patient-centered environment. Not to mention, while I am asking clarification and in a tone that was not out of character, this lady hangs up on me while I am still talking.
