Have always had a good experience here, from checking in to check out/phone calls/lab work/etc.
Don’t waste your time at this location! Went for a simple blood draw. Woman at reception was very nice. After that, everyone was incredibly rude. Interrupted every time I spoke. Raised their voices. Wagged their fingers at me. If I tried to understand more or ask a question, I was berated. Terrible way to treat patients.
I see Dr. David Ives at BIDMC Lexington, and he provides very high quality care. He is very capable and pragmatic, and serves as my partner in trying to maximize my health. I receive prompt responses to quesitons or needs for care.
Terrible patient care. BIDMC Lexington Ultrasound Linda or whatever her name is provided no patient care. Would not let me finish my sentence over the phone. Rather than helping patients, she is set out to go against patients.
