I see Dr. David Ives at BIDMC Lexington, and he provides very high quality care. He is very capable and pragmatic, and serves as my partner in trying to maximize my health. I receive prompt responses to quesitons or needs for care.
Terrible patient care. BIDMC Lexington Ultrasound Linda or whatever her name is provided no patient care. Would not let me finish my sentence over the phone. Rather than helping patients, she is set out to go against patients.
I had very bad experience today . I used go to 330 Brookline ave BDMC .All the staff and doctors are very good . But I go to this hospital today for ultrasound . The young lady was treated very bad . Never see like that girl. Seems like she doesn't want work or she doesn't want take care Asian. She asked me to clean my self and she left dark room with and instruction to get out of room. She was very bad adtude. Very un happy all day .what she treated me.Hope fix this problem. Some people had complained ultrasound stuff.
Been with BIDMC for 20 years with my PC & all my specialists. Dr. Misha Dad has been my primary care provider. I have had one annual physical after another cancelled several times over the past 3 years, to the point where I have lost complete confidence in this provider & the staff out of the Hartweell Ave Lexington office. This latest cancellation for December 23rd, 2022, after waiting two years now to see her, was the last straw. I've been going there 11 years for infusions now. Very friendly staff and nurses. I have also gone for doctors appointments, no major issues. No long waits. I like it alot.
