Will never go back. Got some singles done . Gave ugly my money while she had others money in her hand . She tried to argue me down on how I shorted her 20 dollars . Which I did not . If she would have counted my money right then in there instead of having a bunch of others money in her hands while she paying out her employees, she would not have had a problem. Never again , they are rude and very unprofessional.
I came to the shop for Tribali braids paid to get hair taken down for $30 once my hair was taken down I was told by the owner Ouly tribal braids won't last so I was asked to try singlealetwist or box braids no problem cause if you are asked to switch hair styles I'm pretty sure they don't kno what they are doing so after getting my twist I paid $230 only for the back of my hair to be big and sloppy I definitely will not be back so $230 down the drain. Ouly is the manager hear and she will het you together for any of your hair needs!!! And, she's located right next to Lafayette Square mall. Stop hesitating and go see her NOW.
