Republic Services has been so frustrating to deal with. There was a weather delay, so they promised to pick up our trash on Saturday instead of our usual Friday. We put the trash out for the weekend, but no one came all weekend and they of course have no phone service on the weekend. On Monday morning, I called at 8:30am and was told it would be picked up that day, so we left our trash out again and went about our day. Our pickup did not happen due to snow on Friday. I called on Monday and they said they would pickup later that day. Today is Wednesday and now they say they are not picking up until Friday. I told them I wanted to cancel and was promptly transferred to eternal hold. I called back and was met with an arguing and rude representative who finally transferred me to someone who was actually helpful. I now know why we’re one of the last households in this neighborhood to use this company.
Absolutely terribly run company. They didn't come get our trash on Friday due to snow which is understandable. They said that they were going to come on Saturday. Never did. They said they were going to come on Monday. Never did. It is now Tuesday and they are telling us that they're not going to be coming until Friday. So we just have two whole weeks worth of trash piling up in our entire neighborhood because our HOA forces us to have this trash company. Absolutely disgusting
High rates but nice staff.
Excellent trash service. We are on Kyle’s route and are sure he is the hardest working employee at Republic Trash Service.
