Terrible company, ordered a 10 cubic yard dumpster, paid my $535 and then the charges started pilling up. Don't trust this company.
When we first signed up, we started with 1 trash bin and 1 recycle bin. The recycling pickup was so infrequent that I had to cancel it and switch to 2 trash bins. Canceling recycling wasn’t easy either—I had to deal with an outsourced call center, sit on hold for over an hour, and then repeat the process just to add a second trash bin. Service is scheduled for Tuesdays, but in over a year they actually showed up on the scheduled day maybe 10 times. Ironic its a trash services because thats exactly what they deliver... Trash service. Constantly missed pickup dates, iratic achedule when they do show up. We will be canceling our service. Save yourself the headache and find another provider
I started service 5 weeks ago. I've called 4 times. I still haven't received my bin and my recycle is stacking up in bags waiting for this.
