The call center had had me bounced around and on hold for HOURS (this is not the first time, either). All to check the status of a new delivery. For a large construction company… The business sales que is OUT OF CONTROL. Representatives don’t transfer you correctly, either. Have been waiting over a week, just to get a delivery date. There is a major issue with bulk service pickup. I scheduled and paid for a bulk service pickup. On the scheduled day there was no pickup or communication as to way. I have called 5 times over the last week and promised it would be picked up by 7pm. Over a week later the bulk is still outside. I do not blame the customer service agents. Missed trash pickup and can’t teach anyone by phone. I am a new customer, but no for long.
The actual garbage men are great! Nice dudes and will grab your can if you forget to pull it out, but the rest of the company is comical. They missed my pickup on a Friday and that’s fine, things happen, BUT no communication. You’d think that they would pick up next business day, not the case. Had to call and schedule a missed pickup for Tuesday. That was cancelled for whatever reason and again, no communication. Went here due to its listing on El Paso County's recycling information list. Place's setup was a little confusing at first. Staff did not seem rude or unpleasant, but they were short speaking and told me they only take cardboard for recycling, despite a sign in the window next to them showing types of recycleable items they can take. Should collaborate to have their business information changed with the county or at least take down that sign then. Was not a bad experience otherwise.
