August 5th, 2026 was my last day of service with Republic trash due to poor service. Too many missed pickups. GFL was much better service. I have over $243 credit sitting on the account. It's now mid-September with no check yet sent out to me. Called customer service and was told it can take over 10 weeks to get refunded. What good is paying annually if you still get invoices with rate increases. Very unprofessional. Raise the rates at the new billing cycle. Not multiple times in the same billing cycle that was already paid for the year.
This transfer station needs to be investigated immediately. The scale discrepancies we experienced were extreme, repeated, and impossible to justify. We brought in a small load of lightweight household items that we personally loaded. When we arrived, our inbound weight was recorded as 6840 pounds and our outbound weight was 6420 pounds. I used to be so happy with my service with this company. What has happened? Every week now leaving trash in the bin when it's picked up and today and last week no pickup for trash and today I didn't even get a notice. If a bear comes and leaves trash everywhere I believe your company should be fined for harming them
The guy that runs The scale house is awesome very friendly very helpful.
