I am happy to share that my carpet is now clean and sanitized! Frederick came out to clean my dining room carpet after my daughter's puppy had an accident. He used an enzyme treatment to get rid of the pet urine and then disinfected the carpet. I was amazed—sanitizing the carpet after cleaning is something I hadn't thought of. This process gets rid of bacteria, much like using mouthwash. Now my carpet smells like apples and cinnamon. The customer service was definitely A+!
