I had a late afternoon carpet cleaning emergency after the movers left a big mess. I called for help, and Kyle responded right away even though he was out with his family. He changed his schedule, came over quickly, and did an amazing job deep cleaning and steam cleaning the dirt and stains from my basement carpet. He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I’ve used this carpet cleaning service several times, and every visit has been excellent. Most recently, Dustin was friendly, polite, and very helpful. I let him know I also needed a carpet repair, and he quickly helped connect me with the right person. I give BesTTeam Carpet Cleaning my highest review. They were professional, friendly, and did an excellent carpet cleaning job. I really liked how thorough the cleaning was and how fast the carpet dried, which worked great for my busy schedule. BesTTeam Carpet Cleaning was very prompt and easy to work with. They sent helpful reminders and arrival alerts, and the technician arrived right on time. They did a really solid job cleaning the room carpet and the stair carpet, lifting out a lot of built-up dirt and old drink spots from daily use. They do not move furniture, which is understandable and was explained clearly before the carpet cleaning service.
