There isn’t a rating high enough to give to everyone at MVH! My family has been taking all our pets there for more than 20 years, so when I moved out and rescued dogs of my own there was no question what vet I wanted to use. We brought our rescue dog Brewski in for what we thought was a UTI but he ended up needing a major surgery instead. We can’t thank everyone enough for how well they handle Brewski and us! My first time here only because I was recommend. I will not come back. I made an appointment weeks in advance to get Sophie spayed and they never called to remind me. I ended up calling them to see when she would have to start fasting and see when drop off time was. They told me they had the wrong phone # which is why they didn’t call so I had them update it over the phone. I drop Sophie off and filled out paperwork and CONFIRMED the correct #. Switched over to Middletown vet ! From our former vet , Our 11 month old German Shepard mix loves all of the wonderful people and docs !! Very helpful and very understanding to say the least !! Will not be going to any other vet ever agin ! As soon as you walk in you feel like family ! 🐾🐾
Took my two dogs to see the vet, he was new to the dogs and we were nervous to see how they would react. I am was so happy with the handling of our fur babies. The doctor and the vet tech that helped were so gentle and sweet. They were having discounted vaccinations and it was hectic but the girls at the front kept it going and handled it smoothly. So impressed with everything as a whole, great job!
I've been taking my cat and dog here for one year now. Tonight I had a question about the meds I was directed to give to my dog. But it's the weekend in the evening so I thought for sure no one would be available to answer my question. Well I was wrong, they answered the phone right away, thoroughly questioned my concerns, consulted with the doctor, and answered my questions within 15mins on the phone. They are all very caring and excellent customer service. We have been coming to MVH for about 10 years and rely on them to keep our furbabies healthy.
We are so thankful for the compassion Dr Galloway showed my mom and I as we dealt with the horrible diagnosis of bone cancer in our beloved Westie Chelsea. Unfortunately, we had to euthanize her last Monday and Dr Galloway was wonderful with us through the process. We highly recommend her.
