MVH and the staff there are the Best! They are very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. They made appropriate recommendations for my fur baby. The follow up is amazing and if your looking for a Veterinarian I highly recommend MVH & staff! You won’t be disappointed. I can't begin to tell you about this veterinary hospital. Very knowledgeable, caring and understanding staff. Affordable. My cat had a very bad eye injury. it took about 2 months but the eye healed! weekly visits and cost wise very affordable treatment. I highly recommend ❤
Compassion. When receiving the unexpected news that our 10 year old dog was in severe kidney failure there was no compassion. We felt like our pet was just a number. When we decided to go to another hospital and received great care and individualized time we then realized how poor the experience really was. They are welcoming both professionally and visually, their building is very inviting and accommodating. The staff is courteous and doctors patient and thorough. Love Pets
our 10 yr old dog got sick very suddenly and was suffering so we made the decision to have him put to rest! The dr & staff walked us through the entire process! they were so comforting during such a sad time! 3 weeks after we received a beautiful sympathy card in the mail! Absolutely heart melting!
We needed a quick appointment for a possible abscessed tooth for my Australian Shep. Dr. Gennusa was absolutely delightful and amazing with Bailey. Bailey usually does a really great job with vets but because he's in pain he's not himself, but Dr. G came in talked to him (just like I do) and he was at ease. they are also reasonably priced and I'll be switching Bailey's care to Middletown Vet ASAP.
