We made an appt. for 730they do both p[procedures the the parking lot was pacified. we didn't just wait 15 min not 30 min . not 45min. 11/2 hrs later we got seen 9;00pm vet would make the decision at the time of visit!
Great veterinarians, but extremely poor communication! Office staff does not answer phones & when you do finally get someone on the phone, don’t expect a call back if that is what is needed! The poor communication & difficulty reaching someone via phone has been a chronic problem. We never had this issue with our previous veterinary office! So disappointed with their communication & lack of follow-up; seriously contemplating finding a new practice at this point.

RecommendedWe had a wonderful peaceful experience with this Vet hospital. We had a guinea pig that needed end of life care and I called & was able to get an appointment this morning. The staff was pleasant, helpful , and informative. My 2 daughters & I were able to go in to be with her. Definitely would recommend this vet. We use a different vet that just isn’t open on Sunday and us closer to our house or we would switch.

We go for swim and groom and day boarding. Haven’t done overnight yet. They are so kind and caring with Zeva. She had a bad experience locally in NJ and they have worked with her, worked with her and she has settled in and gets excited when turn off the highway headed down 299. Can’t say enough about Kara, Kim and Susan. The front desk girls, Justin and the boarding team.

highly recommend Middletown vet. they are beyond amazing with our 5 dogs!! the staff is so caring they make it feel like they are a part of your family. wouldn't think to take our dogs anywhere else.

By far the best vet we have ever been to. 10/10 would recommend! UPDATE: We had to bring our cat in last night through the emergency vet, and we ultimately had to let him cross the rainbow bridge. The staff, especially Dr. Meg, helped walk us through one of the most difficult decisions we’ve ever had to make. Thank you to everyone at MVH who helped make our baby’s passing as seamless and respectful as possible. He truly died in peace.
