Loved the service and the workers are great. A little disappointed in the vet who drew blood work at my request and told me she would call me with results and never did. I called today and was advised the vet would call me. After two hours, I called baa k and still no vet but a worker said she thinks the results all looked good. Not the professional experience I am use to by the great vets there.
Went today with my 5yr old golden. The staff is wonderful. Doctor was extremely attentive and took her time with us. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. Also the prices are very reasonable without a doubt least expensive vet I have ever been to. Highly recommend.
I had to emergency my pitbull here on a Sunday. She was throwing up for over an hour and compulsively licking everything around her. The first time I called at 1pm the girl on the phone said that the doctor was performing surgery and that no one would be able to see her for an emergency visit untill 4pm and recommended taking her else where if we wanted to have her looked at sooner and didn't wanna wait witch was kinda confusing but the second time I called they said I could bring her right away. Dr. Day was wonderful with our beagle, Scarlett! From the minute we brought our pup in, we were treated with care from the girls at check in. Dr. Day was amazing and got our dog on the road to wellness!
The staff here is the best. Always informative and they really care about the pets and the owners. I’ve tried other vets in Middletown and have settled with Middletown Vet offering the best service. My dog anal glands have to be expressed every 3 weeks and they always say”just bring him in.. no appointment necessary “. The staff here makes taking care of a pet easier. Thank you Middletown Vet Hospital.
