I thought Deldot construction areas were chaos & confusion was in there yesterday yikes no order or system at all. A little direction once you step inside the door would go a long way.
RecommendedThe staff was amazing. I explained how difficult my little cutie can be and the staff assured me they would be able to get him groomed without a problem. They took their time and gave him the breaks he needed. I will most definitely be back.
I want to thank the staff for there help today. we sadly lost our dog cocoa. she was the greatest dog and great friend. We walked in and I was a mess. I got I'm sorry, to I'm praying for you and your fur baby. they are courteous and respectful. we have been taking our dogs up there for a few years now. when my pug Mimi had to be put to sleep I was very upset but Dr. Besty was very nice and explained everything that he was doing. I would recommend them above all.
They have been wonderfully supportive and helpful to me in the past year. Unfortunately I have had several dire emergencies, but the staff has seen to it that my animals got prompt care. I cant thank them enough!!!
On Thursday Aug 9th I called this office at 8am because my Rottweiler Dallas was having seizures and labored breathing. Even though I was not a client they gave me a 9:15 am apt and saw him right away. My big boy crossed the rainbow bridge at 11:30am that day due to a large mass in his bladder. We did the kindest thing for him and the hardest thing for me. But I wanted to say thank you so much to the dr. and the techs who assisted. They treated us with compassion and respect and they had never met us.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They did what they could to make sure my new kittens first visit went as relaxing and as smooth as possible.

I have never had a bad experience at this office but last night was probably hands down the most amazing! The tech not only helped with getting our boy taken care of but she went above and beyond to make sure myself and my kids were taken care of as well! She even walked us to our car! She is an angel!! The front desk staff was so sweet to our puppy as always but also to myself (who was just a total mess) and my kids!
