From the first call to Melissa asking if we could bring in a dog that we had just picked up from a family who needed urgent care to Dr. Jones who developed a treatment plan to Charli and beyond, it was a wonderful experience! EVERYONE at MVH was SUPER nice and so COMPASSIONATE! THANK U to everyone there. Tonight we had to put down our baby kitty, Bagheera. He suffered a blood clot from complications from surgery performed at a different place. It's too bad we didn't know of MVH before, but we are so glad we found them and they truly helped us through this difficult time. R.I.P to our beloved Bagheera �

They are kind and loving with the pets. My dogs don’t mind going to boarding at all. We are the over anxious parents and they set our minds at ease. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond -Sammi and Jetta (well their momma) �
I’m been a customer for several years. The staff was considerate, compassionate and knowledgeable. Despite an 1 1/2 hr delay and discovering my cat had lymphoma, I was glad I made the visit. My Cali went over the rainbow � bridge with the help of the staff.
I like taking my pets there. They are very compassionate to you and your pets. They are honest with their opinions. I have been going for about 20 years
