I would NOT recommend for any bride to get flowers from here. I was asked to fill out my own invoice during my consultation and also sent pictures of how I wanted everything done and it was still done completely wrong. Then when they redid it an hr before my wedding I was giving roses that were already dying. Save yourself the stress! Pay the extra money and go somewhere else!!
Janal eclipses all competitors. Management, artists and service take it to another level. Beauty always wins at Janal. If the same business model were shared and sought by all American entrepreneurs, the success rate of new business would soar. It all begins with the leader and treads top down. Kudos to Mr. Stovall for his attention to detail and loyalty to San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas and the USA!
I absolutely love this store! Everyone is so very helpful and they always make me feel at home. Rita, her sisters, her sons, Paul, Alice and all the other designers have always given me a warm welcoming. They may be busy especially during the holidays however with a sensitive way they will acknowledge you and let you know they will be with you in a bit. I simply stopped by to pick-up a small bday bunch of flowers for a teacher. They said they were really busy, and I asked them to refer me to a nearby place, they sent me to Uptown flowers. They didn't warn me about the lack of parking. So, stop for 2 seconds, acknowledge your potential customer and be nice and courteous. I will take my business elsewhere. I ended up going a few blocks down from them. Spring Gardens, very friendly and nice.
