I called Best Wheels Imports in the morning to inquire about a 2010 Nissan Rogue. They verified the car was still unsold so I told them I would be by within a few hours to test drive, etc. I arrived about an hour an a half later. Saw what appeared to be the car I inquired about. Salesman came over so I explained who I was and that I spoke to him earlier. this is bruce from best wheels imports this customer drove to the dealership to test drive 2010 rogue within the two hours to get here a customer walked in purchased the rogue on the spot it happens all the time when our vehicles are 2500 dollars below market value.
Simply the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Other dealerships should take a lesson on how this place and their lead sales person Bruce do business. They were informative, up-front, not pushy at all. They trusted me to take the car an hour away to my own mechanic, researched and chased down information I asked for on the car. They even mailed me a toll transponder that I accidentally left in my trade-in long after their sale was complete. Great service, knowledgeable people, just a great buying experience.
Tried to sell me a vehicle which was listed as total vehicle loss on CarFax. Dealer lied to me when I asked if vehicle had been in any accidents.. Avoid this dealer at all costs..
They are very good they call me right away they were excelent and I bought the car.
Dealer started off the day lying to me that the car was still available when it was under deposit. I only learned that after I took him up on his offer to drive out there (approx 50miles) for a test drive. Only about 2 hours time passed since his message that the car was available and my arrival to the shop. When I arrived at the shop nobody was there and there was a sticky note taped to the window stating he would be back by noon. He lied about availability hoping to bait-and-switch. Called right away unfortunately finances could not afford such nice vehicle.
