Very responsive and helpful with an out of state purchase.
Bruce is great Some of the checklist for the car was not found on the vehicle so make sure stuff such as navigation is actually loaded on the car. The car was gray not blue but that worked out. The tires were old and they were able to get me new ones. I think they are willing to work with you. Again, Bruce is a great guy and works very hard. He is great to work with.

I called Best Wheels Imports in the morning to inquire about a 2010 Nissan Rogue. They verified the car was still unsold so I told them I would be by within a few hours to test drive, etc. I arrived about an hour an a half later. Saw what appeared to be the car I inquired about. Salesman came over so I explained who I was and that I spoke to him earlier. this is bruce from best wheels imports this customer drove to the dealership to test drive 2010 rogue within the two hours to get here a customer walked in purchased the rogue on the spot it happens all the time when our vehicles are 2500 dollars below market value.
Simply the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Other dealerships should take a lesson on how this place and their lead sales person Bruce do business. They were informative, up-front, not pushy at all. They trusted me to take the car an hour away to my own mechanic, researched and chased down information I asked for on the car. They even mailed me a toll transponder that I accidentally left in my trade-in long after their sale was complete. Great service, knowledgeable people, just a great buying experience.
Tried to sell me a vehicle which was listed as total vehicle loss on CarFax. Dealer lied to me when I asked if vehicle had been in any accidents.. Avoid this dealer at all costs..
They are very good they call me right away they were excelent and I bought the car.
