This hotel is undergoing renovation and has been renamed the Buxton. I made a reservation in March, for a stay in early June. At no point was this information communicated to me in any way. The room that we were assigned was 2 doors down from active construction. We had been out late on Friday night and were awakened by the sounds of large item being dropped into a dumpster (among other construction noise) at 8:00 AM on a Saturday. My wife and I stayed here this past weekend and we thought it was one of the most unique and well designed boutique hotels we've been to. We travel a lot for work and have to stay all over the country and most hotels just get so stale and boring after a while, so when a beautiful place like the Buxton comes around with a real eye for not only good branding and design work but also AMAZING customer service, we take notice! Habian hormigas en mi cuarto, ofrecen desayuno y no es cierto solo café , yo habia pagado mi estancia al hacer la reserva y al registrarme me volvieron a cobrar, cuando pregunte me dijeron que la manager llegaba hasta el lunes.
