⭐ 1 star — Extremely disappointing experience I stayed at this hotel in early August and accidentally left behind a portrait that was drawn of me and a loved one. This is not just some random item—it is sentimental, irreplaceable, and extremely important to me. I called the hotel the very next day. We arrived at the hotel with the service clerk smoking a cigarette outside and met us in at the desk after we got to the desk. He had not washed his hands after smoking a cigarette. Handled our credit card and paper work. We got to our room, it smelled extremely musty. The mattress on our king bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever had. We travel a lot.
Nice rooms, convenient location and nice front desk person.

Damp moldy rooms, ripped carpet, hot tub not working, shower sounds like a freaking machine gun.
