Hallways way too warm. Walking through the pool area to get to meetings soaked my shirt with sweat. Yuck. When I checked out the desk guy offered me receipt via email. I made mistake of saying yes instead of getting paper. Never came. I phoned them. An email was sent that says "Thank you for staying at the 520520. Your folio is attached." No folio attached.
Staff wasn’t very pleasant and rude very snobby and picky about every little thing in the pool area
