I had not even been checked in and the hotel manager and his mom had me crying, my son scared and threatened to call the cops on me for crying and having an anxiety attack. we had reservations. we've been waiting for over an hour for the rooms to be "cleaned". a whole waiting room FULL of people that are waiting for the rooms. check-in was 3pm. it's now after 4:30pm. STILL WAITING. do not recommend this place at all. this is ridiculous !!!!!
Old and taped together. Room hasn't had a cleaning for a very long time and it shows. Food items under the bed, behind chair, in the guest directory book and on channel guide. Pool was very cold and hot tub very dirty. Overall dirty...
Moxies bar and grill and in the warmer weather the patio is awesome

Amazing customer service!!!! Accidentally booked wrong night via Priceline and manager, Thomas, was so helpful and allowed cancellation with Priceline and booked room that was blocked! What amazing service!!!!
clean hotel. the Tiki bar is great, however the band was horrible. food is good. great family experience.
