I got 2 rooms for the weekend, a couple friends and their daughter stayed 1 night and my dad came and stayed the other night, told front desk that their would be different families staying in 1 of the rooms, and I needed a full cleaning, my father checked in and all they did was make the bed, used towels in the bathroom, garbage was full, used kleenex on floor, hair all over the bed, used bar soap and shampoos.....not impressed, all they fold my wife was, we'll give you rewards points towards a half night stay....REALLY? nev... read more

Would recommend to not use this hotel for any type of event. Booked my wedding there a year in advance to find out later they had given rooms to a different wedding who booked after me. The manager in charge of the event was unorganized every meeting to the point that he never knew what we discussed in the prior meeting (like what kind of food we picked at the food tasting). Had a birthday there for my girl on a 90 degree day, pool area was literally 95 degrees and all the thermostats said heat was on. Went to the front desk to ask her to turn the a/c on, she smirked and said there isn't any a/c. "You can put a chair in the door" . Mid stay the power goes out for an hour, which cooled the pool area at least.
I would like to give a shout out to Hillary. I called the front desk to ask if I had left behind belongings, and she went above and beyond. She went to the room HERSELF to check (turns out I did leave things) and she even offered to ship them back to me FOR FREE! Customer service at its finest.
The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel!!!!!
