It was bad room service sucked really bad I don't think I'll ever go back there
Hotel nice lady at the front desk was nice, but then got in room didn't notice till later bathroom was a mess dirty Dusty no toilet paper. The next morning NO HOT WATER water heater problems NEVER again
My son got a chemical burn from the chlorine in the pool last year it was a rash they need to get it figured out or they will lose lots of customers
Stayed there this weekend and my 3 year old found a massive pile of ants in the corner. I called the front desk lady and she said “ummm ok..” and paused so I brilliantly gave her the idea of sending someone with a vacuum and she said “ok” and hung up. Nobody ever came. I feel bad for the next family that gets that room. It’s January, there should NOT be ants.
I just want to say thank you for the amazing service from the banquet staff and the amazing food from Minerva's. It couldn't have been more perfect. The suite was amazing. The food delicious, and everyone was so kind. Thank you for making my day amazing.
I stayed at the Ramkota last summer. I received a deep discount from an online booking site. The room I had was a little dated. The rooms were clean but no 'extras'. My sister called the front desk questioning about getting a mini-fridge as it was stated as one of the amenities listed when booking. They said they were not required to provide guests with them but would bring one to the room if they found one. Never did. The pool was great for the kids. RecommendedFront desk (lady) was very nice and accommodating when I made reservations! Check in went smooth, lady was funny and pleasant, room was perfect! Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was tidy; I was impressed! There were a few drunk men in front of the hotel but wasn't bothered by them and parking space was an issue but overall very nice place!
