“Excellent Stay with Great Service” Had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay. Location is also perfect — close to major attractions. Will definitely come back!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The shower was not working, which made it impossible to get comfortable during my visit. The carpet reeked of a foul odor, and the room itself was extremely stuffy, which even caused me respiratory distress. The overall quality of the room was unacceptable, and I ended up checking out much earlier than planned. For the price I paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

I had a generally positive experience, but I need to note that I deducted a star due to inconsistent pricing. It’s important to order your room online to secure the advertised price, even though this pricing information is displayed in multiple locations. Be sure to lock in your rate before arrival, as there are no discounts offered for payments made directly at the location. This could lead to confusion and frustration for guests. Overall, I appreciated the service, but clarity on pricing would enhance the experience.

This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have had in my extensive travel! Not only was the room filthy with hair all over the place, sheets were clearly dirty, stains and god know what all over the entire room and on the phone handle and light switches. Also live bugs This was the first time I have ever had to check into a room and leave the same night. I let them know I was leaving and called the manager the next day. No apology and I still got charged for the night! $340!!!

I was helping my elderly uncle to cancel the reservation. Do not book here, they make you jump through hoops just to cancel a reservation. I have had to call multiple times and even call corporate to which they weren't able to help. They have a 2 WEEK CANCELLATION POLICY which is just absurd, most hotels have a 24-72 hour cancellation window!!! And they need a manager present in order to cancel the reservation at a specific time window. Your money is better off at a Marriott.
