Rooms are very nice. Great location
Came all the way from Florida to go to a Green Bay Packers game. Staff was attentive and room was quiet. Would definitely tell people to stay there.
Stayed two nights for a long weekend/the packer game. The room we got was in the newer wing and was very spacious and the beds we had were very comfortable. We were delighted by the shower and provided robes, made the stay feel special. We knew there was not an included breakfast, but decided to try the restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised (you must try the cinnamon French toast). All the staff was very friendly. This place had the worse bed we have ever slept in. Pillows were so hard and mattress had a huge dent in the middle. Bedding was very cheap. Had a soda in the bar that tasted like drinking pool water. When I told the front desk nothing was done except sorry will let management know. Contacted Expedia who reached out to the hotel and never received a response from hotel manager. Poor customer service and would stay there again!
