Its classic and the most civilized hospitality place to be.
Never before checked into a room that turned out to not have a shower curtain before, but they at least moved to us to a different room. It was comfortable enough, but really, having towels completely separate from the tub/shower room is just stupid design. Not sure I'd stay here again, really -- I'm sure there are better options.
they just could not fix the pool and the staff seemed careless
Small in size, including the one elevator, closets, bathrooms, and towels. The staff hasn't been very professional. The manager wasn't available to speak with about anything. I had to call about more towels, more hangers, and even a do not disturb sign. We are in town for a funeral, and are under enough stress as it is, so it's too bad we had so many issues with our hotel stay.
Clean rooms, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Updated hotel !! Will definitely stay there again.
Nice place. Very close to my sons apartment so decided to try it. I was only there one night. Came in at 8 and was on the road by 6 the next morning. Clean, comfortable. Sheets were a bit rough. Really scratchy. Like " I want to be flannel but I'm not" Not smooth. No biggie though. Heard the Loop 289 traffic a bit but not during sleep. Should have free waters. Like the other places I stay in. Like Staybridge, or Embassy Suites. Great tv line up.
This was a great place to stay. Very clean and super friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone :)
Nice and clean. Breakfast is good and hot. Sits off the Loop but you don't hear any traffic. Not far from restaurants or shopping. Will stay again when I am in the area.
