Great staff at check in and out, alot of breakfast options, nice pool, comfy and large rooms. This is were I stay when my family and I are in Lubbock.
"superior customer service" is quoted in the mission statement of this hotel. that is NOT what a terminally ill woman received when checking in. they made a young boy feel scared and shamed, FOR NO REASON. anyone who respects themselves should steer clear. disgusting behavior.
The base of hotels is customer service and this place clearly doesn’t know what that means. Aside from the fact of breaking federal law, the act of your employees having no care for empathy or humanity and instead humiliate and torment a mother and child who are simply looking for a place to rest their heads. Despicable. Get your employees some empathy and general human interaction training. While your at it get some ADA and Service Animal training as well.
Never been disappointed with my stays here. Quite friendly atmosphere.
In town for a doctor's appointment. Close to the medical center, clean, spacious and comfortable at a reasonable price.
13 vehicles vandalized in the parking lot during our stay. $1,000 worth of damage to windows in our car alone. Luckily we didn’t have anything valuable inside, others were not so lucky. Police suspect it was an inside job by the hotel staff. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want your car damaged and stuff stolen.
Front desk clerk, need to go find another job, NO people skills and to busy do other things, was always had sign up, (be back in 5 minutes) he need another job so he doesn't have to deal with people
