Best value with great level of cleanliness, you can tell by the bedsheets when you sleep on it
Cons: - Our room (319) was in a dead zone, so we didn’t have any WiFi during our stay. Couldn’t use any of the apps on the TV or get any work done because of it. Tried getting a different room and was told I would be charged for a switch - Our room had ants - If you have a room on the main road next to the hotel (Hotel Terrace), the noise from vehicles is extremely loud because the rooms are not sound proofed at all - Air conditioning is not the best, it works somewhat but had to set to 60 degrees the whole time and the room... read more
We had to leave this hotel unexpectedly due to a sudden death in our family. We asked for a refund for ONE night, or points to go towards a future stay, the manager coldy refused. No compassion and no flexibility. Most hotels understand that life happens and will work with you especially in a situation such as a death. Not this one! Even checking in the evening before, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive from the start. It felt like we were inconveniencing them just by showing up.
