Disappointed with this stay. I was put in a first-floor room facing a restaurant across the parking lot with loud music blasting well into the night. I asked to switch rooms and was told the hotel was completely sold out — yet the official website showed rooms still available for that same night. Front desk said the music would stop at 11pm, which is not acceptable when you’re trying to actually get rest during your stay. Felt misled and my request for a quieter room was brushed off.
Rooms are clean and nice. AC works great. Easy access to the pool. Rates are reasonable.
Great substituted location for those conference participants of Gaylord Convention Center. Only 5 mins driving distance with freeway and less than 10 mins via local roads. The free parking lot is a plus. The room clean level and space are both good. The pillow comfort level was OK but the size was a little weird, pretty narrow in length but provided 6 pieces.
