They charged me 13 months later for my stay! There was 100 ppl they did this to.
Had to make a trip to Winston-Salem, NC for the funeral of my brother in law. Looked up Best Western Plus online and called them directly. I stay at Best Western when I travel and was very pleased with the room; friendliness of the staff; and the proximity to the places I needed to go. I will definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful the peoples was very nice, the breakfast was wonderful. The rooms was very clean, and it was a wonderful for me the rooms big and nice. The thing to get ice its on the 4th floor. So if you on the 2, 3 you got to to the 4th floor to get it. But anythin else it was wonderful stay.
We came for a yearly Mother/Daughter shopping trip, so I was looking for somewhere that I felt safe. I did feel safe at this hotel, especially compared to another hotel in the area. The free breakfast was really good, rooms clean, staff helpful & pleasant. Walls are thin, but my box fan goes everywhere with me, so noise wasn't an issue. Parking wasn't great, but not awful. Checked in at 8:30 pm the lady was rude we interrupted her tv shows. The one elevator was out of service and the working one probably should be out of service as well. People were loud all night and you can hear every word from other rooms and the hall terrible
Loved the rooms, and the spacious lounging area and full breakfast- only negative thing to add was the parking was very limited with muddy areas and that you had to leave your floor to retrieve ice from the only ice machine on 3 rd floor. Other than that everything else was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again and recommend family and friends.
