Awesome desk employees. The young man that helped us late that afternoon was WONDERFUL. Hats off to you. Breakfast nice and rooms were very clean and smelled good. Will stay again.

The walls are not insulated very well for sound. I could hear guests from both sides and down the hall, and had to change floors to get some piece and quiet. Other than that, the room was clean and the free breakfast was good too.
Rooms were good price was good. Did have a problem with the staff. My kids were at the pool and there was a group of guys at the pool smoking marijuana. When we spoke to the management about it they did nothing. So I had to take my kids out of the pool. The environment was unsafe and the staff didn't even try to take care of it.
The morning of our checking out... Maintance wanted to cut Down trees and leaves with this big loud machine... The walls are paper thin and I woke up to the cleaning crew laughing and talking (in Spanish) and slamming doors... I went and told the front desk manager *Stephanie* ... She was unconcerned about my complaints. She offered 10% off our stay which came to $11.04.... Wow... not only was that an slap in my face but it sersured me never going to another Best Western....
