Wonderful newer Best Western property. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast excellent and lobby was light and comfortable. Big shout-out to Louisa at front desk! She was very sweet and got us checked-in early. Great lady!!! Honorable mention to Claudia at front desk as well!
I’ve been lucky enough to stay here twice! My first trip was just 4 days and I loved it so much that I came back for 16 days. The place is super clean, well organized, and the breakfast is delicious 😊. The staff is super friendly and always there to help 24/7. As a diamond Select member this location is my favorite :) Big thanks to Luis at the front desk and Maydele :) you guys are awesome! Can’t wait to come back on my next trip to Texas :)
Really enjoyed my stay. The guy that runs this place at night is amazing! He is professional and his aura is great. He is kind and courteous, I definitely enjoyed my stay because of him. Breakfast is eggs, bacon, waffles, the norm. The rooms were clean and fresh. The entire hallways and room smells like clean laundry. A 10/10. Remote was easy to use. Elevators were quick.
This was our go-to hotel for Austin trips we take. Used to be our favorite hotel to stay at but this last trip we took left a lot to be desired. The rooms had a musty-mildew/moldy smell, rooms were unclean and humid. I have allergies and after only being there for an hour I needed to use my inhaler. The water in the shower was also not heating up properly. We found a dead bedbug in the bed as well, so we asked for another room and Oz, the front desk host, was super kind and helpful. Don't stay here! They will find any excuses to charge you an incident fee! Ive been accused of actions that never happened while I stayed here for a work trip. Never again. Location isn't the best, the only thing clean about the room I stayed in was the bed. Roaches in the corner, all complementary toiletries were empty and on top of all ive now been charged $100 for someone's assumption and only found out when the charge hit my account. Absolutely terrible.
