Wow!!! What a bang for your buck! This is such a delight, high ceilings all white an impeccable clean line decorated. Easy access, ample and accessible parking. Fast and friendly check in and check out. Great amenities. It's been a minute since I have nothing negative to say about a hotel. This is the place to chose if in this area, you'll get a great room for less than $100! Keep it up! It was a great stay.

My family and I stayed here with a group for AAU. My mom is wheelchair bound, so we call the hotel and sales manager that we need a wheel chair accessible room. We checked and confirmed that the room is wheelchair accessible. Front lady desk was certain it was. WRONG! They gave it to someone else in our group that did not need it and told us to switch with our party. That’s great and all but we were not at the hotel at the same time due to games. Booked this place in a hurry as my own home’s AC went out. Anyway, whole place is warm, and smells like mold / mildew. They claim they are ‘pet friendly’, but fail to advertise the $30 per night, per pet fee. 🤦‍♀️ That’s misleading if not false advertising. The bathroom is so small your legs will almost touch the door if you’re on the toilet. The only way I could get rid of the high humidity in the room is to put AC at 66. The walls are paper thin. What a horrible place this is. We reserved for the night of Apr 12 here. We have our confirmation and our credit card is charged. When we come here at 11pm, we are told it’s has been cancelled. We don’t have a cancellation notice or email. Our credit card still charged. The lady at the front desk has zero empathy. I am here with my 5 year old child. I booked a king room within 3 weeks of my reservation, I arrived early and they cancelled on me(they overbooked and sold my room for more money) assistant manager Cindy Lozano did not even apologize for canceling my reservation and pretty much said she didn’t care, did not even bother to look out for a room or anything.
