Excellent customer services. Clean rooms that exceedes my expectations. Great view and amenities!
It's an amazing hotel!!. I would definitely recommend people to come here. The workers and the customers are nice and friendly. There very clean! The pool is nice and clean. You also get the beautiful view of the lake from ur room. And it's affordable for a nice fancy hotel!

We spent almost three weeks at this hotel and were thoroughly satisfied with their willingness to serve the customer. The management of this Hotel should be extremely thankful to have a good bunch of people working there, together. This front desk staff is exceptional! Natalie called to ensure my room was okay and had maintenance quickly come help me set the thermostat, Ed who was so lovely at 5:30am and called me a cab, but especially Terrian who set me up in the lobby and made me comfortable (including a great lunch recommendation) while she worked out an unexpected early check-in.
