Hotel was nice and clean. The front desk worker was nice and helpful. We slept nice right beside the Oswego river. Beautiful views, no noise issues.
This place was our go to mini vacation spot. Hotel has very good amenities, pool, hot tub, sauna, gym and very good breakfast in the morning. The only reason why I don't give them a 5 star is because on the last visit, our rooms weren't ready until 10pm that was outrageous. However it's the only bump in the road that we have had here. Don't be discouraged and book it.
Beautiful hotel. People where so nice. Hotel has great food. Also, has an amazing gym as well as a pool, hot tub, and a sauna. Love it!
Great location, great views, great staff, great breakfast. However, the room was not clean, and the chair looked as if it had been heavily stained 20 years ago. The TVs were modern but nearly impossible to use, as they had no instructions, no working guide, and did not allow login to YouTube or similar services, despite those appearing as available. The room could use a complete refresh, starting with the popcorn ceiling (yes, I'm serious).
Good location. Would stay here again.
