I loved tristins service and was such a nice guy I go up there to vist my father stay the night up there with him and tristin was so professional with me checking me in I appreciate that such a wonderfully experience I had there and the hotel is awsome parkin but over all tristin was really anwskme guy an awsome employee so hope he sees this makes his day from matt
My allergies are not sensitive however experienced symptoms immediately upon staying making the experience miserable. Bad smell from what I assume is original carpet and wallpaper. Holes in upholstery in rooms. Switched rooms and was moved to the very next room over. Onsite restaurant was closed, pool, sauna, hot tube closed for maintenance yet still charged full price for room. Asked for a discounted rate and was charged full price with “I will have to ask my manager” who was not contacted in my presence. Arrived without si... read more
Always love staying here when come to town either for work or or pleasure. Staff is awesome.
Best place to stay in Oswego. Front desk experience was terrific. Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming young man. Room was clean and all I needed for our annual hockey alumni weekend. Strongly recommend the hotel.
Came here with my kids to go swimming and visit the water park. Housekeeper niyabi and sunny we're helpful. Great interaction communication. And directions around the hotel. Will be coming back again this summer
