Was hoping for a riverfront view, but got a wall instead. We were put so far away from the elevator, which was really aggravating. The bathroom had an awesome walk in shower! The beds were comfortable, the TV was easy to navigate! We ordered take out from Texas Roadhouse.

Rooms are disgusting, housekeeping in this hotel is seriously lacking. The sheets felt damp, the carpet looked like it was 30 years old, and the room smelled musty. There was hair in the bathroom, and cobwebs on the balcony. The entire hotel looks dated and in poor condition. Front desk is pushy about getting positive reviews which is tacky and embarrassing. A manager was never available. This hotel used to be much nicer a few years ago, what a shame.

Great location but management doesn't care about the hotel. Rooms are filthy and in terrible condition. Mold behind peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, rooms smell like mildew and wet dog. The manager doesn't care enough to address issues and can't be bothered to speak with guests. For the most expensive hotel in Oswego, this was an extremely disappointing stay.
