Nice clean room very friendly staff
Very nice hotel and convenient location.
Great comfortable bed! Most normally hurt my back but this one was so restful I overslept.
Traveling through, good rate ni e room and a bed that soothed the motorcucle kinks out.
I would strongly encourage anyone concerning a stay at Best Western Plus Burley Inn & Convention Center to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. During a trip cross-clubtr from to care for family, my brother and I stayed here. Though we paid for our room in cash, we were also charged for the stay on a credit card used to reserve the room. Very disappointed at the hotel’s disinterest and/or inability to rectify this error despite many efforts on the part of my brother and myself to resolve it. Nice room, great breakfast, Perkins was a pretty good restaurant, air conditioner wasn’t cool enough, the pool was nice liked the sand volleyball court. Overall pleasant experience.
RecommendedFriendly staff, beautiful courtyard. We always stay here when we pass through Burley.
