I have stayed in this hotel a few times for work and kept coming back because it’s amazing. The rooms are nice, clean, smells good and location is great. Lots of shopping and places to eat. Normally the front desk staff is kind and friendly super helpful. This last check-in encounter was very upsetting. I waited in line patiently because there were a few people in front of me checking in. Solid stay all around! Love the location, room and the quiet night sleep we got! Upon leaving, I left a new sweatshirt in the room. The cleaning crew, who just entered found it. They ran it out to our car as I was driving away. You don’t get that service very often! Super service!
Very pleasant and professional staff could not be more accommodating. Always enjoy staying at this Best Western, my only disappointment is the queen beds are a little worn and a bit uncomfortable
