This is the worst smelling hotel I've ever been in. They had some kind of nasty smelling incense plugged in in the hallways and it was overwhelming and it stunk bad. The breakfast bar in the morning was horrible. The gravy on the biscuits n gravy was cold and runny and the eggs were overcooked. The king-size bed we had had a huge dip in the middle and the sheets felt like they were startched 10 times over and were hard! Will never go back to this hotel or another best western for that matter
Rooms are a little dated but the lobby and breakfast area are nice, everything was clean as expected and the common areas smelled pleasant. Used booking.com with no issues, staff was great. Would definitely stay here again
