Discovered bed bugs an hour after checking in and having gone to dinner and was denied a refund because their policy states bed bugs have to be reported within 30 minutes of check in. It says a lot that they have a policy for reporting bed bugs but even more that they would deny a refund when leaving their infested hotel an hour after checking in!
Room was super clean. Broke out the black light and everything looked great even with it! Comfy beds. Awesome breakfast. Great customer service! My only complaint would be that the pool is beyond freezing. We would most definitely stay here again.
The customer service was amazing! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hallways and lobby smelled amazing!! Good complementary breakfast as well.
Was there for a quick trip! Service was great. Breakfast buffet could offer scrambled eggs, but still good. Room was comfortable.
