We arrived to a room that smelled like smoke, had dirty bathroom floors, no towels, and no shower curtain. They moved us to another room that smelled like mildew, the beds smelled terrible and were dirty, the towels they gave us were dirty and wet. They had no rooms left and no one who could help us. We left. We won’t know until tomorrow if they will refund us. Terrible experience.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in. I had to start banging the counter to get the attention of the front desk staff. My room is absolutely filthy and the toilet literally wasn't flushed. The floors are all sticky. The exercise room is missing weights. I could go on and on. DO NOT STAY HERE
