When my family checked in, we were immediately met with a severe, persistent odor that made the room uninhabitable. We attempted to air out the room by opening the windows and door for several hours, with no improvement. Upon returning from dinner, we reported the issue to the front desk. The only remedy offered was a bottle of spray cleaner. We sprayed but it did not subside overnight. It's right next to a mall, and the area doesn't give an amazing vibe. The rooms are what you would expect from a hotel like this, but kind of dark. The King size rooms are almost too large and feel empty - needs some more decor or something. Otherwise, it was fine.

This place is amazing, great service Silvia and Merced are fantastic and deserve a raise! rooms are big, breakfast is really good. If you care about updated furniture or esthetics this is probably not your vibe. But the bed is incredibly comfortable. They just dont make beds like they used too. None of this memory foam crap. I met a guy last night that was saying he gets his best sleep here and I have to agree. Come here for the charm, the service and the good food! You won't regret it.
