A nice stay , comfortable room, nice breakfast. BUT the morning crew at the front desk were terribly impolite , young adults not able to even say good morning, give you a smile or respond to your thank you. They obviously shouldn’t be there as they bring down the whole experience.
We broke down in amarillo on a cross country road trip and ended up stuck for three days. Justin and Abby at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us while we were trying to get out of there. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.

I will be back. The reason I will be back, is because of the small details that means so much. Latoya went over and above to make sure that my day started perfectly. Hopefully management reads this review and rewards her properly. Her attitude, empathy and professionalism, far succeeds anything in the industry.
