Nice room, very clean and comfortable bed. AC worked very well. Breakfast was really good. Location is in an industrial area. We had no hot water in the morning to shower or wash.. The front desk said this is normal for mornings on busy weekends. We waited for 1.5 hours and had cold showers then left. Weird this issue hasn’t been addressed!

We had a great stay! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was especially comfortable. The TV was great and even had YouTube, which was a nice bonus. We also loved the lighting throughout the room, with plenty of lamps that made the space feel warm and cozy. Room was ok has some wearing which was surprised being a newer hotel. But what set this hotel aside from others was the lady running the breakfast, she was outstanding. Polite, cleaning and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and always looked forward to breakfast in a clean environment. Thanks you!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, Keona was Amazing paired with Wonderful and Friendly Maria! Our rooms were absolutely spotless, quiet, and featured a very comfortable bed. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety of well-stocked hot and cold options. With its perfect location and easy highway access, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a reservation for one night, which we moved up by a day via telephone. Suddenly, the app showed a reservation for two nights. After calling again, I suddenly had a reservation for three nights, and my credit card was charged for the full three-night stay before I even arrived. Although a refund was issued quickly, this sort of thing simply shouldn't happen.
