Location not the best but good hotel over all. No complains other then location
We stayed at the best western of long beach yesterday (1/9/16). The room was clean but had a very faint smell of paint. Nothing too crazy. We got the stay and sail package and the people at the front desk were very nice. They made sure to book our shuttle upon check in as to keep us stress free before our cruise. The only issue we had were the very slow toilets. It took forever for the tank to fill up and it made a hissing sound for a little over 15 minutes. Otherwise it's great for a short stay!
Best hotel around in LB! I love and feel the professional hospitality with the flower decorate with towel and bath tissue! Every employee I meet are friendly and polite, well cleaned room, actually they recently partly room renovated. Also they offer the free breakfast, free Wifi, free parking, even fitness center and swimming pool is available for a free, everything you want is here! So what else do you want? Fancy service? Great in-house restaurant? Go somewhere else and spend few hundred bucks for a night!
It was clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly. Very close to public transport. THERE WAS A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE CRUISE TERMINAL = 10/10.
