cuz they lie about the free shuttle to the port
This was a great place to stay before our cruise they picked us up no charge the room was clean and safe you could not hear outside noise and they took us to the ship again no charge I would recommend this place I loved it
If you stay here for the park and cruise apparently there is an extra charge and you have to sign up for it, it doesn't go with your room �found that out the hard way....
Room and bed were nice. Front desk staff is not helpful and shuttle seems to always be an issue.
Best western Long Beach : The place is very clean , they have a safe parking space, I like the bathroom it's up dated plus the 2 queen size bed 😀 . Staff are friendly and they serve a very good breakfast specially the scrambled egg and sausage. I highly recommend this place
Great customer service!! Shuttle picked us up from Amtrak. Then the next morning took us cruise port. Rooms very clean. Close to Taco King grab some really good fast food.
We have used this hotel two times and they always make you feel very welcome. The breakfast is one of the best and rooms are neat and clean.
