Updated rooms that are clean and crisp. Has a restaurant attached to the lobby, which has a nice, hot continental breakfast in the morning. Great stay, highly recommend.
One of the Best . Always stay their when we are in the area . Friendly staff and a great breakfast bar .
Rooms ok, enjoyed Bar and Grill. Gotta get a new key card maker! 2 times I've stayed 2 times the card don't work. SIMPLY INFURIATING!
Awesome hotel! Highly recommend it if you are ever in the area! I had a great room with a king bed that was so comfortable. And the layout of the room was very good. Plenty of food, shopping, asst business' in the area. Also on about 30 mins from Gatlinburg.

I stay here every time I make this trip. The rooms are clean, wifi and breakfast included and plenty of other options nearby. If I call ahead I can usually get a downstairs room saved for me (I don't get there until late and don't want to carry dog kennels upstairs after driving for hours). Oh yes, they take dogs. Friendly folks.
