This place needs some serious cleaning the tub was nasty its sad when you pay a ridclious amount to stay here then you have to go to walmart and buy cleaner to clean the tub just to shower! i also talked to some other people staying here who said their room was infested with bed bugs! AVOID THIS PLACE! in my opinion id give the holiday inn my business before this place!

Generally good value for the dollar but the room had a strong musty smell to it. When I reported it it was shrugged off.
I love the Bestwestern on Newport Tennessee is the Best
Great hotel! Very clean room and comfortable bed. Just what we needed after a long day of traveling. Then we had a very nice complimentary breakfast before we hit the road again! Would definitely stay here again!
They were very gracious to us when our tour bus broke down & we used their meeting room to stay until other travel arrangements were made. The front desk lady was such a nice, thoughtful and helpful person. She deserves recognition for helping us.

We had been traveling ALL day and the hotel we booked was unacceptable. There was NOTHING for 40 miles so we drove and happened upon this gem. The front desk attendant was kind and courteous. We got the last room, as it was 2am. The room was clean, fresh, crisp and new. We did not get to enjoy the breakfast, but I will DEFINITELY stay again. I will book here as my stopping point on my next trip.
Great place!! Rooms where updated and clean!! The free Breakfast was outstanding!! The staff where extremely professional and helpful!! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others!!
