Words cannot express how outstanding all the employees are. You are treated with respect, dignity. I have known the management staff for many years, have spent many times there. The atmosphere is breathtaking, you never want to leave because it's so beautiful there. Hotel is going through a remodel.
The location is fantastic for our needs. We visit Banner Elk/Lees-McRae. The rooms are undergoing renovations, which they do need, but it's a casual lodge-atmosphere in the mountains. The staff is fantastic and accommodating. The breakfast is open space and good food. We will be back again and again...
