Staff was great. Room was spotless. And very pet friendly. And there are parks nearby to walk the dog. Most things are as expected for the cost. Unfortunately the breakfast is sub par. And the neighboring shower is disturbingly loud, I now reget showering at 4am I apologize neigbors. Average on par stay.
Room was good for the price. Comfortable king bed. My issue was the gym advertised had 0 working machines. Additionally the pool is closed (not that we would have used it) but good to know ahead of time.
This location is both not far from everything and also not really near anything either. You're about 8 minutes from I-25, about 8 minutes from downtown fort Collins, depending on traffic, about 10 minutes from the CSU campus student Center, and 15 minutes from the main shopping area South of downtown and the campus. For the price... not terrible. Beware they will hold $100.00 for incidentals. Our room had a large jetted tub. Room was clean, the carpet could use some love. Room smelled of bleach. Not sure the bathroom was logically thought out. A little claustrophobic. No shelves or ledge or anything in the shower to set your soap and shampoo. The sink was less than 30 inches high.
