Good service.
Twinkle was polite, and very welcoming, great customer service! Management and housekeeping as well. .
Convenient location right off I 5 between Stockton and Sacramento. Rooms are a bit worn. Staff were nice and tried to help with a phone that would not stop flashing. AC cooled the room quite quickly. Breakfast was typical of a low cost hotel with good variety. Elevator did not work. Water pressure on shower was low. Maybe not the best stay as this location does not live up to Best Western Standards.
Good spot right off the freeway for a quick night.
Angel made sure to get me requested documentation I needed promptly. Great customer service.
