It was my first time staying here. The staff were friendly and the service was rapid. I liked those factors!! However, given my experience staying in clean, well-kept hotels, I was disgusted. Not much care or money seems to be put into this hotel. When I selected it from Booking.com, it didn’t look bad on the outside, and the price was reasonable. But I guess I got what I paid for. We've stayed here twice this year and both times our stay was amazing.
Blood and chips on the bed!!! Literally blood on a made bed. They moved us to a second room and there was hair and urine on the toilet. There was hair all over the floor of the room and gunk on the door handles. I left within minutes of getting there and they refused a refund. $119 for a room that was beyond vile and filthy. Also, the tv list with all the channels does not match the tv. There were under 30 channels. The TV was blurry. I was so disgusted with the rooms we left.
