My husband and I had reservations for 2 nights over Memorial Weekend. My husband is a Veteran and we drove 2 hours to get there and they messed up our reservation. They were all booked up and all they could say was sorry. Didn't even offer to help us find another place to stay. It took us 2 hours but thankfully we found a nicer and CHEAPER (because my husbands a Veteran ) in Ashland! Plus they charged my bank card even though we never got to stay there.
