My kids tried to get pool towels twice. The first time the counter person told them, in a minute and left. They went to go back a few minutes later and the counter person looked right at them and locked the door.
When going to grants pass we always stay at best western. The staff is great and make you feel at home.
Good stay so far...a few issues but they are pretty quick to correct them..
We took a chance on this motel and probably will not use it again. The clerk first gave us a fully handicap room because I had requested a queen bed and that was all she had available. I asked her to change our room to a king and she did without any problems. When we got into our new room, we noticed how we could hear our neighbors on sides, including the room above us. Rooms were clean but the beds were like sleeping on a air mattress, you sank to the bottom, very long night
The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.
Rooms clean, no fridge or microwave. Have an upstairs room so no ceiling noise, but feels like the floor shakes every time anybody walks! Cracked tiles in the bathroom. No exhaust fan. Easily accessible rooms. I would stay again when I'm tired, but nicer places available for around the same price.
