Very friendly staff and clean rooms that smell clean.
upon arrival on the front desk was very welcoming answer all my questions and two very good care of me. The rooms and place itself very clean I'll stay here again
This is a pretty nice hotel but the staff had no knowledge of what to do in the event of a tornado and sure enough at 5:15 am a storm moved through sirens went off and you couldn’t hear them in the rooms! Had I not fallen asleep with the tv on then we wouldn’t have ever been notified and could have been blown away! After I brought it to staffs attention I was told that he didn’t know what to do and was waiting on the owner to call him back!
1 star roach motel, staff friendly but doesn't make up for room conditions, most rooms smell like wet dogs, & possibly mold (1st floor) ... Neighbor's Room had wine stains all over carpet from front door to couch. Eventually we were moved BUT Ridiculous and absurd to ask employee to stay here for 30 days... 1 night stay - not so bad. Pretty good jail food
Do not book this property under any circumstances if you are a travel agent. They lie about the commissionable rates to travel agents and then despite being contacted over and over deny that they ever booked a commissionable rate for my client. I was originally quoted $84.14 per night and I told the front desk agent that it seemed pretty low for a commissionable rate. She said, oh, you need commission?
