The staff here were professional, accommodating and extremely friendly. This was our first visit to Cali before we make the plunge to move in a few months. The stay here really made us feel at home. The breakfast is incredible and the area is central to a lot of great places in Long Beach. I highly recommend a stay here.
Very bad customer service . First Christmas party and will be the last .
I was with a group. We had about 14 rooms. Staff was very nice �. True there were a couple rooms changed because of A/C. Also drains in a couple bathrooms were slow, but the staff worked with us and all were comfortable. Breakfast was good. �
It's a bit dated from the AC down to the phone. But it was ok for the short stay for business.

Terrible, terrible! We stayed there for 9 days on our last vacation and EVERY SINGLE DAY we had to complain about something. We were very disappointed and wished they had taken better care of us for all the money we spent there.

Beautiful, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, gooooood free breakfast, nice pool BUT ABOVE , EVERYONE HAS A SMILE ON THEIR FACE. COURTESY MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME .... I LOVE IT
