We read on the description of the hotel that it had a shuttle to the carnival cruise terminal. They discontinued this service about two years ago but have not updated any of their information. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel because it was in close proximity to the terminal. There are six of us traveling and we were very disappointed in the breakfast. our front desk man, Ed, was outstanding. I think this may not been the best greeting I've ever had, checking into a hotel. He was very friendly, helpful and suggested great places to eat. Plus the room vs. the cost to stay here was very good! All the pics on line were spot on, it's a beautiful place

it's cool and always a groovy scene when cubensus plays.
Good price for near downtown. The TV never worked but no biggie I wasn’t there to watch TV. The room had a bad smell. The carpet was filthy. After I showered, I walked around barefoot and when I put on my socks I noticed the bottom of my feet were dirty and sticky. I had to use wipes to clean my feet before getting to bed.
good location. friendly staff. we were given vouchers for a free breakfast. that was nice but the breakfast was just OK. the pool was cold not headed like the website claimed. but they did have a spa and that was nice. rooms are dated and have a bit of an odor to them. but we got a good deal for a night to celebrate a birthday.
